Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately via email or phone with your order number and reason for cancellation. If your request is received in time and the order is still pending dispatch, we will cancel it and process a full refund within 7–10 business days.
Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, we regret to inform you that it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible to initiate a return after receiving the product, as per our return and refund policy. In such cases, please do not refuse the delivery, as this may lead to delays in processing any future return or refund requests.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, if the cancellation request is received before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment. In case of cancellations after dispatch, no refund will be processed unless the product qualifies for a return based on our return policy.
Bulk or Special Orders
Orders placed in bulk or those customized for specific customer needs are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed. This includes orders made under special promotions, limited-time offers, or exclusive discounts.
